We warranty our installations for one full year, but we do much more. If there is a problem on the job site, we will get it repaired, and our highly trained staff will investigate and determine the cause.
Our friendly customer service reps will schedule the repair fast and will keep the builder in the loop throughout the complete service process. One customer service rep is assigned to each builder, which means it is easy for you to get your requests processed by speaking with only one person.
It doesn’t matter to us whether the service call is third party damage, a manufacturing flaw, or another reason; we know you want it corrected according to your schedule.
